Here's exactly what working together looks like, from our first conversation to you standing somewhere incredible wondering why you didn't do this sooner.
You Just Show Up
Before you leave I'll send you everything you need including packing tips, a full trip document, and reminders. I also offer a pre-trip call in the two weeks before you leave so you feel completely ready. And I don't disappear when your plane takes off. If something comes up while you're away I'm just a text away.
We chat
We'll start with a quick complimentary call to talk through where you want to go, who's coming, and what matters most to you. No pressure, no commitment. Just a good conversation so I can start building something you'll love.
I build your trip
Once I have your details I get to work. You'll have a personalized proposal within a couple of days: cruise options, itinerary ideas, hotels, the works. You give me feedback and we fine-tune it together until it's exactly right. Then I handle all the bookings, confirmations, excursions, transfers and logistics. All of it.

Do you only plan cruises and Europe trips?
Those are my specialties and where I do my best work. That said if you have something else in mind, let's chat and see if I'm the right fit.

What if I don’t know where I want to go yet?
That's completely okay. Part of what I do is help you figure that out. Tell me the vibe you're going for and I'll help you find the right destination and trip style.
How much does your planning cost?
My planning is complimentary for most trips. I'm compensated by the travel suppliers I work with, which means you get a dedicated expert in your corner at no extra cost to you. For particularly complex itineraries a planning fee may apply and I'll always be upfront about that.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. I work across a range of budgets and I'll always be honest with you about what's possible. My job is to get you the best possible trip for what you're working with.
How involved do I need to be in the planning?
As much or as little as you want. Some people love being part of every decision. Others want to hand it off completely and just show up. Either way works for me.
Do I get perks booking through you that I wouldn't get booking direct?
Yes! Through Travelmation LLC and partner relationships, I have access to exclusive amenities, on-board credits, and upgrades that aren't available when you book directly with the cruise line or supplier. It's one of the best reasons to work with a travel advisor.
